Financial and Estate Planning

We work with clients and provide financial plans of various types and complexities, such as Estate Plans and Retirement Capital and Income Projections.

Our planning services include mathematical analysis and forecasting, professional evaluation and advice, specific recommendations, support, and a structure for making decisions; all so that we can enable people to make effective financial decisions, and to find ways to become more effective in their personal and business lives.

Custom Portfolio Building

We conduct portfolio building and investment analysis - where we review investments and provide recommendations among different types of assets with a view toward fulfilling financial planning objectives.

We do not believe in the concept of "hot" stocks or in seeking short-term returns from any investment.  Nor do we believe in attempting to "time" the market, which usually means moving investments out of the markets when a manager thinks they are going to go down, and/or moving back in when a manager thinks the markets are going to move up.

Instead, our investment recommendations are generally defined by principles that are collectively known as Modern Portfolio Theory, based on the work of Harry Markowitz, who was awarded the Nobel Prize in Economics in 1990.

One of the primary tenets of Modern Portfolio Theory is the idea that the future cannot be predicted, and neither can securities prices.  Therefore, a portfolio composed of several kinds of investments  will experience fewer price movements and volatility than more concentrated portfolios.  Following this discipline, we:

· assess an investor's portfolio objectives and risk tolerance,

· analyze the potential rewards against the risk of various investment choices,

· identify the appropriate mix of investments, research then recommend portfolio holdings,

· create a portfolio with desirable performance and suitable risk for an individual investor.

Our investment services are valuable to our clients because we:

· have the tools and experience to research and recommend the appropriate investment mix,

· take the emotions out of the investment decisions,

· handle the messy paperwork associated with maintaining and reviewing an investment portfolio.

We treat your money with the same care and prudence that we would our own.  We will routinely make recommendations that we believe are best for you even if it means less revenue to our firm.  We have no allegiance to any company, product, or service, beyond our belief in its ability to help you potentially reach your investment goals.

Asset Management

This is the total investment picture.  Under our asset management program, we manage accounts for our clients.

Our asset management clients receive the flexibility to research, analyze, build and  maintain a well-diversified portfolio with a broad range of investment choices including no load and load-waived mutual funds, closed-end mutual funds, stocks, bonds, UITs, REITs, CDs and more.

Using Nobel Prize winning strategies and sophisticated analytical software we have the ability to  minimize our client portfolio's fluctuation, while attempting to maximize returns through regular review, reallocation and rebalancing among asset classes as appropriate.

Our asset management clients receive personal attention and the high level of service they deserve.  They stay informed and review their portfolio's performance with easy-to-read, comprehensive quarterly reports as well as on-line access to their accounts.

Asset management services are available for a wide variety of account types including individual and  joint accounts, trusts, all types of IRAs, UGMA/UTMA accounts, and more.

In addition, our asset-management clients:

· Have the availability of a money market fund with check writing privileges and a debit card.

· Can set up systematic investments and withdrawals.

· Pay no commissions!  With the exception of nominal transaction charges in some cases, our clients pay only a quarterly management fee based upon a percentage of assets under management.

Additional compensation may apply in the form of commissions for purchase of individual stocks, bonds and through service fees (12-b-1) for mutual fund transactions.  Fees, charges and expenses are detailed in Financial Network Investment Corporation's ADV II Schedule H.
